Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, including document collection and account setup.
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist in contract preparation.
  • Support the sales and finance team with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
  • Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for all visitors and clients.

Requirements

  • Fluent Greek and English (spoken and written).Russian is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales support, front office, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Confident phone manner and a sales-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office; MS Excel.
  • Knowledge or interest in financial services or leasing is an advantage.
